do you go back to level 1 like once you reach a level like 2 , 3 ,4 then you stay on that level, you dont go down again evening asking questions

Five points is always taken off for each question no matter what level you are at. You don't go down a level unless you ask too many questions.

IF you ever get to level 2 try it and find out, or look up the question(must have been asked every other day) and look up the answer

Yup , you can be a level 6 and go right back to level 1 if you dont keep answering questions . Or getting best answer ! It sucks huh ?
