it depends on the situation but trying to see beyond the situation that caused the hatred and by seeing how destructive hatred can be not just for the people involved but for friends family even work colleagues because a deep rooted hatred can change a person for the worse try seeing things from a elevated point of view be the better person and forgive in your own heart you don't have to vocalise it but if in your own mind you gotten over your hatred then the battles won also hatred is an over used emotion to be content then you must understand and overcome forgiveness is a liberating process

One person has to forgive all transgressions done. That is the only way this cycle will end. Then to end the hate, the forgiver must be willing to sacrifice some of themselves to show that love conquers hate.
A son making a hearty breakfast every morning, despite the father's constant belittling, will appear to the other family members that the son is making the effort to reconcile, whereas the father is not, lending more support to the son.
A nation who feeds another nation's poor will lend legitimacy to the first nation amongst the eyes of the world, and the aggressor will become known and despised by the world.
There can be no other end other than by the acts of forgiveness and love.

In Northern Ireland the USA and EEC threw so much money at them they had their work cut out to stoop and pick it all up - seemed to take their minds off shooting each other. Plus the help was conditional on... yes youve guessed it...total disarmament. Nearly worked. Proddie Dogs hate Catty Caths. It wont end in this century, begorrah>)
