Is what you thought about her the truth? Did you say it in a nice way? Sometimes we say things to our friends that are the truth, and no matter how nice we say it, it's taken badly. The truth hurts, as that old saying goes. Maybe you should tell your friend you're sorry for your presentation of what you think of her, even if you think there's nothing to be sorry about. You know, it's always hard to take. Then tell her that sometimes you think those things, yes, but also empathize what a great friend she is and how much you value your friendship with her. And lastly, invite her to voice any feelings that she has about you. Beg her to. Tell her you want to hear. She may tell you a thing or two that you never knew before and you might be able to go on from there. If not...the world is full of people who need a friend.

Words are as sharp as swords. Once spoken you can never take it back. In the future think before you speak. Give her some time and then apologize to her. Think about how you would feel if some one said that to you. You would be hurt and upset too.

Maybe she wasen't a good friend to begin with. I wouldn't appologize to her because you have your reasons for telling her what you thought of her. You should ALWAYS be honest & not sugar coat things. If you hold them in & not tell her i don't think that that's good. I don't brown nose anyone & you shouldn't either!

If you spoke the truth and were malicious about it then you should apologize. If you spoke the truth because she asked then you don't have to feel bad. Just find another friend.
