I am not able to send SMS with CHKKA-Clarify & guide.?

I am a resident of India & do not have a Mobile Phone but wish to send SMS to Mobiles from my PC with my Chikka ID but every time when I try to send message with the followig PATH,a window opens with a message
"The mobile service provider is not supported at this time" & no message is sent sofar.I am not able follow what is this.

I follow: LOGIN >CLICK ON SEND MESSAGE>TYPE THE MOBILE No(10 digits)>TYPE MESSAGE>CLICK PC ICON.

Please clarify and guide me with the Correct Path that I should follow to successfully utilise CHIKKA SERVICE. for SMS.

Not all can accommodate by chikka, see countries that can able to receive sms...
