You might just be crushing a bit because you are confusing your love for your friend with physical attraction, both can give you similar feelings so that's actually normal. I would give it more time before you decide to share that info, just in case the feelings you have are not actually romantic in nature.

I can be physically attracted to a whole bunch of women but it doesn't mean it is going to work. If what you are feeling towards this person is lu5t , then it is only your selfish nature that is reacting to create this feeling. Relationships don't work based on our selfish desires. Love is not selfish and it seems to me that you are only reacting to this person based on how she is on the surface. You tell her, and you will hurt yourself and hurt her.
