if you are familiar with MMB (multimedia builder) or flash you can easily design what you want and save as HTML format then you can upload, if you are familiar with front page you can import a ready made graphic design and then by using the proper tools you can distribute your commands up the graphic, or you can use a ready made templates a nd they are available for free try the below link
