Not sure if the 7 is correct or if since it's military time 8 am?

yeah i figured that was it, just going for a double check. Thought i might get a few more minutes of shut eye. Nothing like a 45 hour week. Take care, and thanks.

07:00 (7 AM) - 11:00 (11 AM) then lunch from 11:00 - 11:30 AM, the 11:30 (11:30 AM) til 15:00 (3:00PM)

Sorry, 8:00 AM in military time is 08:00. :-))

hr24 hr time. OK..........7-11= 4hrs Then 1/2 hr for lunch 30mins.....Then you work from 11:30-1500=3 hours and 1/2 hrs. When added together you are at work for 8 hrs a day, 24 hr time starts at 1200 hrs from 12 hundred time is added with 12 to make up 24 hr timing.

15:00 is 3pm military time. From 12:01 am, to 12:00 noon, the numbers are the same. From 12:01pm just add twelve so that 1pm is 1300H, 2pm is 1400H and so on up to 2300H which is 11pm.

7 a.m. to 11 a.m. your lunch from 11-1130, then from 1130 to 15:00(3:00 p.m.)
