i am student in faculty of science but having problems with studying organic chemistry it is too much and i have to get A+ in this subject HELP

O chem is really a memory thing.

I would recommend making a brief summary of the main points in each chapter (section). The summary for each section should only contain one or two points (or a chemical reaction, or example). This will be your study guide.

The other thing to do is to do the sample questions at the back of each chapter. This will give you practice for your exams. This is very very important. I am sure that the answers to most of the chapter problems are at the back of the text so you can check your answers.

If you are having problems with a particular subject go and see the tutor for that subject and ask for help.

Also checkout if there is any sort of mentoring scheme or study skills center in your institution.
