As an employee of the HR department one think I have learnt that in order to get the attention of the HR officer (particularly the recruiting officer) it would be best to deliver a hard copy of your CV to his office or you send it through email as opposed to mail. Most Manager look at their mail for important stuff and ignore mail that they think are not important or delete them all together. Since most companies create data bank for application received it would be best send in hard copy. All in all its up to you.

Just find the sites of your GOOD COMPANIES. and search for careers there you can find the mail ids. Other wise join in any job searching group.
