Record a song with a tape recorder and have it transfered to CD.

You are leaving out a LOTTA info for us to help you.
Do you mean a doing a mic/voice recording & then puttg it on cd? Do you mean putting a song from a tape or an mp3 onto a cd?

depends where ur song is actually!!!
if it's in the Computer itself no big deal even a kid can do tht,
use Nero or any other CD writing Software, if u don't have 1 and ur OS is XP thn manually copy the file and paste it in the CD go bac 2 my computer and right click and clik the write these files,..
it's done,..
if it's on a tape,..
Thn u need 2 transfer it 2 the Comp 1st for tht u need to have a connector tht connects ur Walkman and the Line in of ur PC thn play the song in ur Walkman and record it over ur Comp and Burn it as suggested above,.....
