what can be the symptoms of a pregnant woman?

- sore/tender breasts
-bloating of belly
- nausea and vomiting (not always)

The most obvious is the absence of the normal menstrual bleeding. Other symptoms include breast tenderness, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, urinary frequency, and of course eventually enlargement of the abdomen. There will also be the presence of the hormone BetaHCG in the blood and urine, and this will produce a positive pregnancy test, Further along a heart beat can be detected, fetal movement is noted and x-ray or ultrasound will show the presence of a pregnancy.

Some women develop the "mask of pregnancy" which is a darkened area beneath both eyes and may also develop a darkened line down the midline of the abdomen. Late in pregnancy milk may be expressed from the breasts.

mainly missed period about 1 week.Unless ur r pregnant more than a month,u will experience nausea,vomitting,..later on the symptom will continue with changes in ur boob,gettine more tender/sore and as well increase in size.Its common to have high bp too.to make things simple just run a pregnancy test using pregnancy test kits!1

Having the regular period late would (for more than a week) would be the first sign.Anyway with so many prov en tests this day's why guessing?
