I feel for you. I only had one good tube and was told (due to other factors) that i could not concieve. After 10yrs i collapsed and was rushed to hospital and the told me i had an eptopic, they had to remove the tube. Dont give up, find out as much as you can as soon as you can. I cant give you an answer as i didnt do this, i buried my head in the sand and two yrs on i still dont know if i will ever be mum. Good luck to you x

You said you have only one good tube and thats the one you had an eptopic pregnacy and they did surgery....Then that tube is no longer good...If the other tube is block check into surgery, they can unblock or replace that one on your ex good side....If you have a tube that works now, then your chances are 50% it will happen again...

IVF procedures are pretty advanced these days. An embryo can be implanted directly in your womb, thus bypassing the tubes. See your GP. You may even be able to get IVF on the NHS.

See your doctor about it. They have ways to implant a fertilized egg to bypass the tubes. The doctor is the best answer so go see him. Good luck!

don't know much about what you can do sorry - but don't give up on children.
One of my friends had one tube removed and the other was damaged (due to some medical condition) they told her she would never have kids and she was devastated.
However, three or so years later she now has 3 children!

your best bet is to talk to your doctor about it...if he/she doesnt think that it would be the best then look into going through IVF
