try to use hot coconut oil on hairs one night before going for bath, never hit them with towel, just let them dry themselves, always have good food, curd, salat, dal, etc.,
donot knot them too much tight, keep them loose, two times bath in a week, always use good shampoo only for hairs, before and after give hot coconut oil massage.
make them shiny and silky with curd and multani mitti wash, anwla, shikakai and rita mixture is good for hairs.

plz ask PARACHUTE THERAPY HAIR FALL SOLUTION OIL in a medical store .use one bottle and c the magic.
if u dont get the above oil then just rub warm coconut oil all over ur skull such that tht blood circulation over ur skull will increase .
Sometimes apply curd(dahi) on ur skull,keep it for half an hour then wash it with warm water.always remember if u want healthy hair then never forget to apply oil.if u forget oil u"ll hv to forget u hv hairs...Apply oil atleast for 8 hrs in the night time then u can wash it in th morning.u'll get shiny hairs..

use aloe vera,shikakai when u take head bath & try using shampoo only once a week.may b ur shampoo does not suit arnica hair vitalizer.
