pretend we have some party in a far more powerful position than ourself how do we manipulate this person(s) best in order to make him lets say an ally? by which means shall we corrupt?manipulate? the object best - our own position is in fact weaker but absolute unknown to our object self.how would you trying to succed such task if asked??? (without option blackmail)

Most people in positions of influence don't like to be manipulated and don't like kiss-ups. So my best advice is to be on your best behavior and try to be helpful but not subservient.
In other words, get them to view you as competent and concerned by being competent and concerned.

In our to manipulate a subject we have to know their character, strenght and weakness. Use his weakness and strenght to achieve the desired results
