too many to list, but it depends a lot on the type of material and original language/country. tuttle, for example, does a lot of translations of japanese literature but probably not so many german economic textbooks.

browsing the foreign literature shelves in a bookstore would give you a good idea of which publishers publish which kinds of texts.
