We changed plugs and wires and fuel pump and the fuel pump fuse keeps blowing out.... my mechanic has been pushed to his limits trying to figure it out... any suggestions?!?!?!

THE FIRST THING WOULD BE TO GET A CIRCUIT BREAKER AND INSTALL IT AT THE FUSE CONNECTER.THEN START UNPLUGGING CONNECTERS IN LINE UNTIL THE BREAKER STOPS INTERUPTING THE CURCUIT.SOUNDS LIKE A SHORT .CHECK FOR ANY BURNT WIRES OR PINCHED WIRES .HE MAY BE ABLE TO GET A SCHEMATIC FROM YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY TO FIND OUT WHAT OTHER THINGS MAY BE IN THAT CIRCUIT.

Hmm sounds like there is a short in the wires going to the fuel pump, you may have to rewire it....
