Three specific predictions. By this I mean predictions that say at this place and time this person will do this. These predictions would need to written down and observed by an impartial observer and then sealed until after the event. In addition these predictions must be unlikely, and revolve around people who you would not exert any influence on to make sure they performed these actions.

Impossible, because you have a physical presence, so there is no proof to offer, because God is a spirit, and don't try to tell me that you did appear in the flesh, then I know you are lying.

Resurrecting my grandmother would do nicely, she's only been dead for 30-some years.
Alternatively you could sign your name on the moon, in letters easily readable from Earth. That would be a nice, convincing, permanent sign.
I can think up other options if you like, but I would think that those two should do nicely.
