Congratulations on being pregnant and yes I'm afraid it's normal to feel down sometimes your body and hormones will be going crazy! You may also have mood swings etc but it is all normal. It will pass then before you know it it'll be time to have your baby, hope everything runs smoothly for you and you have a quick labour.

Hi it is perfectly normal to feel depressed , being pregnant messes big time with your hormones & your emotions run wild.
you are still in the early stages of pregnancy & will find this settles down in a few weeks,as it all seems to go in 3mnth cycles when pregnant, hang in there & if you want to cry do it,its nothing to be ashamed off it just proves you are a perfectly normal person ...goodluck with the rest of your pregnancy

Hormonal imbalance are actually higher in the beginning of a pregnancy. That is when you tend to cry more.
However, all pregnant woman have all kinds of strange behavior easy and hard to explain. Just know most of it is normal and will pass. If it does not pass and a month goes by and you are sadder then ever. Then talk to your Doctor.
Remeber too, you can talk to your doctor about anything anytime, thats what they are there for :)

Absolutely normal , your body has ALOT going on at the moment , and those hormones are all over the place , i think it should all settle between week 14-17 as thats when they say morning sickness usually subsides because the hormones are settling , hope it passes soon for you , good luck

it is so normal to feel like this, i was so happy to be pregnant and everything in my life was great but i went through a couple of patches while pregnant when i would just cry and i would feel so miserable and upset. its just the hormones, being pregnant is such a big thing and our bodies have to get used to growing a whole new life in it.
dont worry

its probably just the hormonal changes in your body.. maybe you are just worrying about the pregancy and how will cope with the massive life change... take some time out for a bit of tlc and focus on the positives.. talk to a good friend about how you are feeling, might help to get it off your chest properly..

I suffered from depression from 12 weeks to about 20. It should subside but if it gets too bad call your doc.
