I generally feel more confident in heels, because they force me to pay attention to the way I walk (I'm a little clumsy sometimes), and because they do make you feel a little sexier than usual.
However, I work in a hospital, and heels would look stupid with scrubs :)

I'm 5'8" so if I wore 4" heels, I would tower over most of the men! Plus I can't walk in them, so I stick to flatties or kitten heels. It's not a matter of confidence, it's practicality.

For sure, then I'm taller, not about 25 cm shorter than everyone else, I'm like the only woman in my workplace, besides I can thank high heels for many approvals in various matters :D A girl's gotta use what she has and I can walk in high heels damn well !

Funny you should ask. When I was younger I could run in heels. Maybe all that running ruined my feet. I work graveyard, so nobody else sees me at work, so now I only wear heals on special occasions. The sexy feeling has gone.
