some say it's good for you others say it's not. depends who you are listening to.
they still make children drink milk at school in my country...
I used to like drinking it "straight from the cow" as we used to say, but now I drink it only after boiling...don't like the taste that much anymore....

It's not even good?
Who are you kidding?
Milk is good for you! It's got calcium in it!
If you think it's horrid, have it when it's really chilled, add a few ice-cubes, leave it to stand.
When you drink it later, itdoes not taste as thick or too milky. It's nicely diluted.

I'm not a big milk drinker but every once in awhile (maybe one every few weeks) I'll have a big glass but it must be super cold and it must be whole milk because it tastes yummy. I don't bother drinking non-fat milk you may as well drink water.

cold milk is the best drink there is, full of calcium and nice and creamy.
Hot milk helps you sleep, when it is heated it activates a chemical in the milk that ha a natural calming effect.

cold milk is a wonderful drink....
FYI it is good for you if you are under 21! It is a good source of calcium which you need until your bones stop growing at about 21

Yum Yum.
You havent tasted milk till you've tasted it straight form a cow.
The supermarket stuff is totally processed, by comparison.
