If the first atom is hydrogen how did the other elements came to be

who said the first atom was hydogen. Hydrogen is the first atom LISTED in the periodic table. If it indeed was the first atom then subsequent fusion reactions probably lead to the other compounds for e.g H +H give helium and if helium combines with helium and hydrogen other elements can be made
