Okami looks pretty cool, and I'd like to play Yakuza. Both of those just came out.
I'm hoping they'll port Vice City Stories to the PS2 like they did Liberty City Stories.
Rouge Galaxy (RPG) looks a lot like Skies of Arcadia, which means I'll definitely be playing it when it's released.
