well there are allot of bandwidth monitors out there the easy way is actually go to www.downloads.com and search for network monitors or bandwidth monitors , the one i use which i believe is really nice as its small and gives me all the information i need is dumeter .

u need to find out the load measureing tools from internet depending on type of network (Windows, Token ring ethernet, Server based, WAN connectivity) and then install it
