Rinse your hands and wrists before you cleanse your face. When purifying the face never use water that is too hot or too wintry. Lukewarm is the ideal temperature of water when cleansing the face.
Apply a little the TimeSlip RG-Cell®’s Phyto A Cleanser. Make an application it on your face and rub some gently onto the face with your fingertips or squeeze some of the cleanser into a washcloth or gauze pad and then apply it to the ski
Cleanse from the neck up to the hairline in some circular motion. Make this rub down extra for forehead and t zone. These locations are more prone to holding oil and dirt. For a thorough cleanse, you should spend around 3 moments massaging the product into your epidermis.
The final rinse is a key step in facial purifying. Rinse the epidermis with lukewarm water. Continue doing this until you remove all cleanser.
Last, make an application your moisturizer, and/or take advantage of the RG-Cell® Concentrated Restorative Skin Serum. It features a unique proprietary blend of stem cell activators programmed to protect your skin and visibly fight aging from the cellular level.

Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask twice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your cleanser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face and take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astringent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticeably smooth right after you do it.

I do the baking soda thing right after work on MWF. I do the Mary Kay micro dermobrasion twice a week and Loreal Adult Acne Peel twice a week. My skin was breaking out like everyday, but now it is looking great and the spots are almost gone!

I use Clean and Clear products. Acne spot treatment, astringent, etc. But my acne is not that severe. Noticeable but not severe. These products work with daily use. The key to kicking acne is prevention. Use the products even when you dont have a breakout. Make sure u exfoliate like once every 1 or 2 weeks. Ambi skin fade cream worked to get rid of my spots. If none of this works u may have a severe case of acne and need to see a dermatologist. Good luck.

The best way to removed pimples is to prevent it. As we are always focusing on facial cream etc to treat pimples. But the real problems sometimes lies within our "head". Check your shampoo that it is suitable for daily use, as too much oil secreation on the hair roots will eventually get on your face, this will acutally clogs up pores on your face. It will get worse if you are using gel/wax or any kind of hair cream.
