Will and Grace I think was much better,, Friends was good,, but Will and Grace was something new and haven't been done before,, Friends had been done in one way or other,,, just a bunch of straight, kids living together..
W&G touched things that we as a nation don't usually like to talk about,, but did it in a hugely funny way,, how could you not watch Karen and not think about some aunt or friend your parents had ,, and laugh,,,

I have to say Friends was my favorite. I did like Will and grace too though. With Friends it was the Ross Rachel thing will they get back together, will she wind up with someone else, will he find someone else that he loves as much as her. It just really kept you guessing. I never really thought that Monica and Chandler would get together but they actually made a good couple. I kept hoping that Joey would really find his one true love and stop running around the way he did. So that's why I liked Friends over Will and Grace.

I liked both shows, but Will & Grace was funnier. The reasoning was the cast around them. Jack, Karen and Rosario were hysterical. Both shows ended up pretty lame in the final season though.

Friends no question. Will&Grace got old fast. once the producers realised people were liking the show they tried too hard to be funny all the time. Friends is a classic show you can't watch it too many times it never fails to make everyone laugh

Friends is good all round humour, but Will and Grace have a sharper edge, so I thought if I had to sit down all afternoon which would I prefer, and I have to say Friends won when I really thought about it, surprised me. Try the same test and see which you prefer!

yes, i think friends was much funnier. will &grace was funny once, but if you try to watch again in reruns it just doesn't hold up. i wasn't a huge friends fan, but now its in syndication i catch it and it was really quite funny, with some memorable lines. i always liked joey's line about a moo point-it's a cow's opinion

SNL is funnier. MADTV is often justpeople being quite quite loud and annoying. SNL is more beneficial polished. also SNL has been the launcing pad for soooo many stars. what's MADTV ever performed for someone's' occupation....?
