Is there a charge for under 12 football clubs in the UK?

Yes, all clubs must register with the FA and therefore incurr a charge. This should not be too much though as my team had to pay £12 but this was when I was about 14 - 12 years ago!

I think their is a small charge if you want to become F A affilliated and if you play in a league you probably will have to

Yes, I believe it is child abuse. 5-10 years is the usual sentence.
