Tea, generally has 33% of the caffine in coffee.
Green Tea has as little as 1/9th the caffine in a brewed, same-size cup, of coffee.
And, if you expose the tea to boiling water (i.e. immerse the tea...) for about 30 seconds, then pour off the water, you have naturally decaffinated the tea leaves, getting rid of over 90% of the caffine in the tea.

an average 5oz cup of tea is usually between 20 and 110 mg but it all depends on the type of tea used and the tea leaf cut and how long it is brewed 1 min 9 to 33 mg
3 min 20 to 46mg
5 min 20 to 50 mg
instant 12 to 28 mg
iced 22 to 36
coffee has 40 to 150 mg in a 5 oz cup but it too depends on the type of bean used and where it was grown and the length of growing time and how fine it is ground along with brewing time and how brewed. The highest caffine content is found by brewing the coffee in a drip coffee pot with fine ground coffee the yield is between 110 and 150 mg.
percolated 64 to 124 mg
instant 40 to 108 mg
decaf. 2 to 5 mg.
