Only if they are incredibly shallow and allow the opinions of others to rule how they live their lives.
Even if it WAS the size of a "peanut": what, is the guy going there for sex or for the sense of freedom!? Those who go to nudist beaches usually have a deeper outlook to life than your average, socially-retarded person.

My experience with clothing-optional areas is that most men are flaccid and it's hard to tell what the ultimate size will be.
