* read interesting books
* laugh
* watch a movie/ tv (comedy)
* chat with your friends
* play
* sing/ dance

Spend time doing things just for you. Women tend to spread themselves too thin and don't take time for themselves. So whatever it is that makes you feel good doing a hand stand, cartwheels in the park, reading a book on a swing, etc. Set some time aside and do it.

Just relax, don't take life so seriously.Spend some time with yourself and do something you really like like dancing, singing, drawing,reading exercising, and eating your favorite food. Avoid depressing thoughts, ok? Smile makes a person wonderful, always remember that.

First and foremost you must like yourself for who you are.
Write out a list of things that you think will make you happy. Then start living your life that way. Avoid things of a negative nature and seek the positive.

The only barrier between you and happiness is thoughts , whichever way you look at it !
Try it sincerely, and it will convince you.
No point struggling to suppress or avoiding thoughts. Just trying to be more and more aware that they are mere thoughts and not really YOU, would help !
