Yes she can. It's not common but also not rare. The older we get the less likely it is that we can make children (this goes for men and women). But 41 isn't over the border.

Yes a women can get pregnant up until she goes through menopause. More women over the age of 40 are having babies.

I heard of women having babies in there 40's. I also heard there is fertility pills that you can get from the doctor that could help. Just ask your doctor of ways to help her get pregnant.
