Bell easily. Plummer sucks. Yes, tatum is splitting carries thanks to that ****** Shanahan, but he's still good for 6-10 pts per week. I can't say the same for Smith.
Guy above me - don't assume you have any clue what a glass-eyed jack@ss like Shanahan will do with his RB. One Bell had 15 carries the other 14 carries yesterday. What majority? Shanahan will be happy doing this all season long because he hates fantasy football. You will not get Boldin for Bell unless the other Bell dies.

HELL YES! Rod Smith is a guaranteed 1000 yards, they have 230948104 RBs in Denver, and Shanahan doesn't know which one to start. Take Rod Smith, Tatum Bell, even if he did start, would share carries with the other four million running backs in Denver. Rod Smith will be there #1 Reciever till he decides to retire.

Do you need a WR? Smith is fine, but nothing special. Bell has much greater potential, if he'll quit fumbling.
Keep Bell. Even when sharing carries, he should get 1000 yards, and 4-8 TDs. Even in this horrible platoon with Mike Bell, he is a decent #3 RB, or flex spot guy. He could do much, much more.
I think Smith is fine as a #3 WR, but Plummer is a mess, and he's clarly looking for Walker more.
Go with your needs...

I wouldn't. Bell got the majority of the carries yesterday and my win that job which would give him at least 1200 yards and 10 TD's on the season. Rod will start to take a back seat to Walker. If you want to trade Bell, get a better WR for him. Maybe even a Boldin.
