my girlfriend wants me to handcuff her to the bed , any suggestions what to do next?

Um, presumably some sort of sex is probably expected. You might want to consider a blindfold too, but I wouldn;t even tell her in advance about that, spring it on her after she's handcuffed and doesn;t really have much choice, she'll probably like that. Basically, being handcuffed is about relinquishing control to another person, so take charge of the situtation. I'd be pretty surprised if she wanted to be handcuffed and then be asked for directions!

Usually someone will put themselves in such a compromised position because (a) they enjoy the idea of not having control, and (b) they enjoy the idea of their partner being in control. They're not exactly the same thing, but they are often connected.

Probably the first thing that you need to do is know what NOT to do. Even though she might be in a compromised position, the worst thing that you can do it something that she would positively despise. Fortunately, it would take a lot of effort to violate her limits.

I agree with another answerer that sex is likely the intended result, but you should relish the opportunity. If she's especially ticklish, take advantage of that. Using a blindfold (could be as simple as a scarf) is a nice idea, especially if you are doing sensations on her skin. Feathers and ice cubes make for good sensation play. Definitely consider teasing as well.

If she agrees with it, you could do some light S/M stuff, such as spanking or tapping on a sensitive area of her skin. Be sure to discuss this ahead of time as it might be one of those limits.
