When radiation is needed, sometimes the ovaries can be moved to safer locations to protect them.

Every patient is different, but I have known a great many women who had chemo and later had perfectly normal pregnancies and healthy babies. One patient had a healthy baby after rigorous, strong chemo and later an heart transplant and antirejection drugs, in fact.
