Do'es anyone own a Piaggio Ape Van?

Question

I've seen the enclosed van type and was wondering what they are like to drive and how much they cost roughly new.

In fact I'm tempted seriously to get one, cause they do about 80mpg+ and are only £15 a year to tax. Plus you can ride a 50cc on a provisional licence (as long as you do the test). If you have any knowledge, would you recommend an ape van?
