CAIRO, Egypt - A videotape posted on the Internet late Sunday, purportedly by al-Qaida, showed previously unseen footage of a smiling Osama bin Laden and other commanders in a mountain camp apparently planning the Sept. 11 attacks on New York and Washington.

Al-Qaida, being a highly hunted terrorist group, does not have a regular website, but rather disseminate their information by leaking selected media like videos to the Arab world's media or dropping it directly on the internet on established Arab sites or just anywhere on the internet (imagine how easy it would be to post something anonymously to Youtube if they wanted to).
