yes you can. There are two components:
DLA Mobility and DLA Care.
The care is if you need someone with you and to what degree you can look after yourself, for example if you need help to get dressed, company whilst walking around in case you have fits etc. Mobility component is if you cannot walk at all and need a wheelchair, have difficulties driving because of a disability etc.
You can get DLA if you are working but chances are you will receive the lower rate as you can look after yourself enough to go to work.
The lower rate for both is £16.50 weekly and the higher rate is £41.35 weekly (last time I checked). Also, if you get the higher or middle rate of DLA Care component then someone who helps to look after you for more than 35 hours a week can claim Carers Allowance and if you get the highest rate mobility component then you should be able to get a badge from your local council for parking.
can you tell where I work? :) hope that helps. also, it isn't income based.

Yes, you can. My brother collects disability. He's only allowed to work 10 hours a week though....at least for taxed pay. He usually finds cash paying jobs so he doesn't have to count it. After all, even the maximum disability pay is pretty crappy. But it's going to be hard to collect disability based on panic attacks; too many people try to claim this just to collect a check. It's sad, but true. I hope you get the help you need.

I doubt you could get SSI for panic attacks. The difference between SSI and SSDi is that SSi is for those who can work part time. SSDI implies complete disability.
