As soon as u start ur computer Press F8 continuously....and it will give u a list of modes...like safe mode, normal mode...etc.
Select safe mode usind the up and down arrow key and press enter. If u want to get out of the safe mode...just restart the computer normally. If suppose ur not able to get out of safe mode....the try the F8 method and select normal mode. If it still doesn't work...then there is somthing wrong with ur OS....try to do a system restore in safe mode....if it doesn't work...Reinstall OS.

Try tapping one of these these keys - F8, F5 or Ctrl while the machine is starting.

when ur computer start just press F5 then u will see diffrent option, enter on safe mode start.. u will go to safe mode
If u want to exit u just shut down ur computer as u do in normal mode

when you start your computer press F8 then select safe mode, when you finish just restart it

Press (F8) while it is booting...exit normaly or re-boot....
