Having an interview for promotion in the afternoon, when you know it isn't going to go well?

well it wont if your gona go for it in that mood with that attitude. Right you get your act in gear tell yourself you are the one for that job and nobody else is gona beat you to it. your gona go in there and kick ***, you are the best, the coolest and the sexiest.and your gona let them know it right enough of the negative s==t and think like a winner ( okay i must go now my work here is done)

First thing first
Remove all the negative thoughts from your mind
If there is any office politics that is doing the rounds at least be happy that in the process you have learnt how a negative interview can be .
If you are not promoted today just do not worry.
It is not end of the world
Look out for a better opportunity preferably with a competitor to your firm so that in the interview you can tell them about your capabilities and denial of promotion.
