zoomshare.com is free,webspawner.com geocities.com and tiptopwebsites.com you can advertise on them for free Thats where i advertise and it is pretty cool,later you can pay for more pages if you want but it is free as long as you dont upgrade

2) Use Yahoo! Local & Yahoo! Groups – Be sure to read the TOS for each one!
3) Write articles pertaining to your field and/or expertise.
4) Advertise on Craiglist
