Doesn't matter, as long as they know how to use it!! Men seem to have a real hang up if they are either circumsied or not. It has no effect on how we feel about men, they all look the same with a jacket or not. There is no difference when you have sex, as a uncircumsied guys's skin retracts when they are sexual excited anyhow.

We all have different opinions but if I had to build the perfect penis in my opinion it would be: thick, nice flared head, about 7-8" long, straight (no bend or curve) uncircumcised with a short/medium foreskin that retracts easily and smoothly, able to get hard and stay hard for at least an hour or so, ability to have multiple orgasms a big plus.
