Not enough info what happend ? You changed something and now it won't start? Has the Powerpack packet it in?Did the Powercable become damaged.Did it make an alarm sound and switched off(you may had a failing Fan?Email me for more info.

doing the "Ctrl, Alt, Del" thing twice used to restart my computer but now with win. XP it does not.
If going to start, and turn off computer then clicking restart with win XP does not work then push the computers power button once.
if that does not work then hold the power button down until the computer goes off.
wait a few seconds before turning the computer back on. If your problem for restarting is still there just explain/ask it here.

If you can't get it to shut down in the ordinary ways suggested on this answer board, you can hold the start button down for 5 to 10 seconds. That will force a reset. Alternatively, you can unplug it, wait for a few seconds, and plug it back in again.

Shut down your com and switch on again. Or select the option restart. Or press the power button on the CPU and then switch it on.
