the main pockets in my pants have holes and my mobile phone keeps slipping through them, what's a good fabric to stitch on so there arent any holes? (a strong yet comfortable fabric)

Just go to a stich-it store and get them to fix them for you.
Because you know if you try and do it yourself they will just get more holes in em cuz you won't do it properly or you won't end up doing it at all because you'll put them in a corner and forget about em.
