If i have freckels, dark brown hair and light colour face, what eyeshadow and lipstick colour suit me?

the color of lipstick, eyeshadow and blusher are somehow "connected". U can use light pink blusher and lipstick together with a light blue eyeshadow.

The color of ur eyeshadow depend on the clothing u wear. Eg. U can match ur green eyeshadow with ur green floral dress.
Note: Don't use pink eyeshadow if u have puffy or small eyes. It will make ur eyes look even more puffier. Use colors like brown, light green or blue to make ur eyes look deeper (for brown) or brighter (for green/ blue).

The color of ur eyeshadow also depend on whether u are going out during the day or night. If lets say u are going at night, say, clubbing, u may want to apply dark or more flamboyant colored eyeshadows or even those with shimmers or glitters.

There's no right or wrong in makeup as long as u dont look weird after that! Have fun! =D

if u have light color face then u can wear any color depending on ur dress. for day time u can wear light pink, purple, sky blue or light brown eyeshadow. for night time u can go for a little darker shades of pink or brown. as for ur lip colour u will look good in pink or brown lipgloss.
