Strangely enough, in all my pregnancies (I had five) my gums started to bleed easily, but not heavily. Then the second symptom was that my smallest daughter started to listen to my belly saying she heard noises. Very slight cramps came afterwards, and thn the missed menstruation (except for one occasion when it came as usual). Then I made a test and went to see the doctor - I advise you do this latter a.s.a.p.
And note down your dreams - maybe it's a way of communication . For me they proved to be, but that's a different story.
I wish you good health and luck. These little guys come here to change things around them and they always succeed. Be prepared.

My first symptom was sore breasts and I felt kinda light headed and didnt feel good. When you have contractions it feels like you are really constipated. Cramps throught pregnancy feels like you are gonna start your period. They can be mild or severe. You will also feel pinching in your private areas when labor gets near. You feel really tired all of the time. Have to go to the bathroom a lot. Foods you used to enjoy grosses you out. You start liking foods you once hated. Certain smells make you feel like puking as well as seeing things that used to not make you sick. If you crave ice you are anemic and need iron medicine(if you find this to be true avoid tea).

I had severe cramps early in my pregnancy. They were very sharp and hurt like hell. I was also very gassy. These symptoms lasted about 3 days or so and then I felt fine. That's when my breasts started to get fuller and I was eating a LOT more than normal. Good luck!

It can be different for everybody....I didn't get cramps and I didn't get nausea but I had a loss of appetite and I tried to eat but I would get full with a couple of bites... I lost a lot of weight in the begining...the doctor told me it was normal but I after the first months I need to gain weight..After a little while I was always very hungry and I gained the weight I needed and everything was normal for the rest of the pregnancy...

For my 1st my normal discharge became sort of like curdled rather than transparent and sticky.

For the 2nd, I had constant cramps on the left of my abdomen.

Just be more sensitive to your bodily changes, I knew both my pregnancies as early as the 4th-5th week.

Yeah, I always think I"m going to start my monthly thing when I first get pregnant. I have cramps on and off for the first two months, roughly.

The first symptoms I always notice are that I am VERY VERY TIRED and I start to smell everything and think everything smells gross. Especially those disgusting Glade air fresheners!!! YUCK!!

Felt crampy, but different than regular AF cramps. Otherwise I didn't really feel any different till later on.

A little tenderness, a little bloated, just a hint of crampiness that was almost imperceptible, and then tiredness and the nausea.
