I watched "World Trade Center" and it made me realize a lot more than I had thought.
You see, when September 11th occur, I was 14. I didn't have much of a concept on what was really going on... all I knew was that it was something terrible and that it would cause a war.
I never realized that the World Trade Center was so much more than a workplace. I also never realized how courageous police and firemen were to even attempt saving lives in such a hazardous environment.
It gives me chills thinking of those people jumping and/or falling out of pretty high stories, people getting hit and knocked out by flying debris, and the two cops that were stuck under debris (the movie world trade center is about them) when attempting to save lives.
I don't understand how it doesn't give chills to anyone. This is one of the most serious events in our lifetime! So many lives stolen... and it is remarkable how some lives were saved.
For instance, a mans son begged him not to go to work and instead take him to his first day of kindergarten. He finally decided and his decision (and kids begging) saved his life.
Things like that are miraculous...

yea what gives me the chills is that our idiot president knew about the whole thing and actually let it happen. as technologically advanced as the United States already is, to actually believe that our "leader" had no clue this was going to happen is being straight up naive (not to mention dumb). he continued to read a book for little children (not that theres anything wrong with that) while some unfortunate people chose to jump out of the building so they dont get cremated alive.
whats also funny is the fact that an anonymous person coincidently decided to "put option" a good amount of stock from American Airlines and United Airlines not too long before the incident. whats even more funny is that it leads into the CIA and the government isnt investigating.
for anyone who disagrees, do your research.
God bless America. we're really gonna need it.

I always get chills just hearing about September 11th. I am from Jersey, and I am very close to New York-- in fact, that morning, I was able to see the smoke from the soccer fields of my high school. It literally hit close to home when I found out what had happened.

We know that something similar happened in London the terrorists attacked and ended innocent lives and left people with devastating injury's. The ordinary person on the street can only do so much to protect themselves, by being alert. Sad to say that I do not go into London as often as I once did. I just do not feel as safe as I once did. Yes I get chills thinking about terrorist attacks that we know will come and can only pray that a loved one of mine does not get caught up in it.

I definitely am chilled. I'm watching CNN.com's live broadcast from the actual day of it. I was watching a documentary on CBS last night where you could hear the bodies of those who jumped from the buildings. It was horrible. My thoughts are with those who relive this day every day of their lives because of those who they have lost.

Sept 11 brings chills to any one watching it again .it means reliving the ghostly attack on WC again .but man has to move on ..one should remember 9/11 as not the day WC happened but as the day Satyagraha(Truth and Non-violence) - was launched by Mahatma Gandhi in South Africa. We should not give undue publicity to WC as it will embolden the terrorists more.

I think chills would come from shock. I just feel deeply saddened knowing such senseless destruction has happened before and will happen again.... I think losses in such grand scale are hard for people to grasp.

Yes,I get chills right up my back.
I think it's the best comedy that's ever come out of america & they make it seem so real.
I hear their going to make another one very soon but it all hinges on the president getting time off from vacationing to produce it.
