"Precious Love" actually appears on the album "Mama's Gun [Dutch Edition]" released in 2002, track #18. Hope this helps.
Just to clarify, that album is Erykah's (although the song does apparently appear also on the Marvin Gaye tribute album listed above).

She opened for D'Angelo at a 1994 show. D'Angelo's manager, Kedar Massenburg, was impressed with the performance and hooked her up with the singer to record a cover of the Marvin Gaye/Tammi Terrell duet "Precious Love." I don't know what album, though.

The song they performed together is called "Your Precious Love" and can't be found on any of Erykah's albums.
Is it only available on the soundrack of the movie "High school high" released in 1996.

The title of the song is "Your Precious Love", and it is found on the album "Marvin is 60".
