This chick is so infuriating... she is covering the job of one of my colleagues for 2 months and she does NOTHING. I have to ask her and make sure she does her work otherwise she will just sit there. I have told management and they are aware of the problem but nothing has been done. She has just been given 2 weeks off while her parents are over on holiday... I have worked my a*se off for the past 6 weeks and I am not allowed to have a day off because we need 2 people in this office at all times. She has been here less than 6 months. WHY is she getting special treatment??

Hmm, I would for one tell her to go f*ck herself and to pull the carrot out....... I would then post the carrot to the superiors who are not managing there workplace nor staff in a professional and fair mannor! Then I would demand her time off as well as extra few days for your troubles and stress factor!

omg same problem...boss just didn't do anything but this girl came in late everyday, wouldn't work and was slooooooooow. The problem removed itself just last weekend when she didn't show up sunday monday or tuesday...her excuse was she slept all day on sunday and "didn't knwo what to say" so she said she'd give dave til friday and come and get her check...she thought she'd still be on schedule after that. In actuallity she got her termination papers and check and we have some one else back now. yay!!

Either she's related to a boss, is having sex with a boss, or she's friends with a boss. if none of those sound right, then in a few weeks she'll eventually do something stupid and get fired.

well first off quit reminding her of her responsibilities, if her work doesnt get done then cchances are probably pretty good she will get fired, just make sure all your work is good & up to date and keep your image lookin good......she probably gets away w it cuz shes the Boss's Monica Lewinsky
