I'd have to say yes, considering that our existence is, by all indications, an illusion. (After all, we're just little waves of energy vibrating at different frequencies to take on the characteristics of different stuff.)

And yet, the universe---God, universal energy, whatever you want to call it---can obviously become anything it wants to. And it became us. We're like works of art produced by a creative genius of cosmic proportions. It'd be silly to get all egotistical about it, but it's enough to blow my skirt up.

absent from the body present with the Lord.Earth is not exile it is school. Have to choose to follow the lesson plan.The text book is the Bible. Cant pick and choose the lesssons you want to learn. We run on electric impulse.Energy cant be distroyed.

How did you come to these statements. You ask in terms of possibility. That we are alone in life, as we are in death, is Calvinist.
There are other views. I encourage you to explore.
