he was a well respected man in some parts of the world. He has not even been buried yet and people are taking the piss. Its disrespectful.

Me bloomers is in a bunch because he's not even under the ground yet is he? Poor bloke, let him have a decent burial, and let folks grieve a bit. After that we can all kick back, have a cuppa and make all the jokes we like. But best to give it a rest for a while.

This is a good thing. Society is getting to the point where nothing is sacred (may be the wrong word), where respect for things becomes meaningless. If someone close to you died, you would not want to hear people joking about it. The idiots who write South Park think nothing is sacred, have no respect for anything. Society is saying that we do need to show respect for people who have earned it.

Why you guys get so upset to this type of people remarks. Don't get me wrong I was also one of Steve's fans.
I agree these people should not make fun out of other's people death.
Looking in the bright side, in the real world there are always these type of people who make their living by making jokes out of others.
Don't let them upset you. The best is to forgive and forget just don't pay attention.

The man has been dead about a week now, and for a lot of people, the grief is still there, and so, it is too soon for jokes. Give it a month or two.
