PLEASE PLEASE PLESAE calm down its normal for everybody to get headaches! No, this guy doesnt know what he is talking about. You said that he told you it could be a sign of a stroke, but trust me if you had a stroke you would no it. Im not a doctor and even i know that if you get headaches, it will most probably not mean that you are going to have a stroke. I cant believe that this guy scared you like that he is so mean! my dad is a doctor and i when i asked him about it he said that everything is reletavly fine, but he reccommends that you go to your family doctor and get a check up and some blood tests done to see if together you can hunt down what the problem seems to be. It could be something as easy as your diet that are triggering off these headaches. Just make sure that you see your doctor if your headaches are worse or more frequent than the average persons and in the meantime have a quick browse through this site http://www.remedyfind.com/treatments/91/1666/ hope that there is something for you there and please dont take his words to heart

Do bear in mind that some forms of birth control do increase the risk of stroke and that risk is compounded if you also smoke.
I have to agree with humble opinion, it's not very likely, but....
consider your family history. And by all means if you find that some yoga stretches relieve your headaches, use them.

The dude evidently knows alot of nothing. Headaches can be caused by alot of different things and have many different cures. The streching you are talking about would probably onle help if the headaches was caused by stress or tension.

One can have a stroke at any age. But at 26 your chances are very slim. Sometimes any form of movement can stimulate circulation and help with your headache.

Hi unknown
Age has nothing to do with nothing. There are small graves and large graves.
Headaches can be caused by many things, nerves, sinus, high blood pressure which does cause strokes, pollen, allergy, wrong medicine, ect. Go to a Doctor.

You're not likely to have a stroke at your age.
Remember that the advice you get here is worth what you pay for it. Nothing.

You need to see a doctor or you will live with the fear that something serious is wrong with you. It's probably just pre-menstrual tension or migraine, but better to be safe.
